I ordered a product that is too big, Can I return it?
The products we sell are of an extremely personal nature. Please be sure you are
buying something that you want, regarding size, length, etc. We can only accept returns on electrically defective merchandise.
What is the warranty on these products?
We cannot determine the enthusiasm with which our customers use these products, therefore we cannot tell you how long an item will last. When you receive your order, if you notice a manufacturing defect, or flaw, please notify us immediately. We cannot accept returns once a product has been used.
How do I remove the attachment from the plug
Holding the plug in one hand, and the attachment in the other, use a gentle bending motion, to remove the attachment at an angle from the base.
How long will it take to get my order
We ship most orders the same day, or the next day from the East Coast.. but we are closed on weekends. That means we do not process, pack or ship orders placed after noon on Friday until the following Monday. Additionally, we cannot estimate how long it will take for delivery if you email us and you do not tell us where you live.
How come I cannot enter a separate delivery address?
Due to the products we well, we are often the target of fraudulent, and non-authorized purchases. Pranksters, ex-lovers, identity thieves and other types will place orders for products using credit cards that are not theirs.
In an effort to reduce ID Theft, unauthorized purchases, and stolen credit card activity, we only ship to the address where the monthly credit card statement is sent. We understand this may be inconvenient, but we hope you understand.
Why are there no delivery options offered on the website?
We can ship your package using any of the methods that UPS offers. EMail us IMMEDIATELY after you place your order. But please understand, WHEN you placed your order will determine when you get it.
Assume your order will be processed and shipped the NEXT DAY, so determine the shipping method based on that schedule. Orders placed on a Friday requesting next day delivery will NOT arrive Saturday since there is no UPS delivery on Saturday. Orders placed on Thursday will leave the warehouse Friday... etc.
If you request expedited shipping, you agree to pay for the service, once the order leaves the warehouse, even if you are not home to receive the package.
